Shipping Policy
Our team will process your order within 5 business days.
If your order is delayed, please use the tracking information provided in your order confirmation e-mail.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund and/or exchange within 8 days after delivery of your purchase.
If more than 8 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned items, provided they are received in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a couple of days.
